1. Company Information

 

 

Saif Trade Limited is a business registered in England and Wales specialising in the sale of branded toiletries, perfumes, cosmetics, and confectionery products exclusively through our online platform.

 

2. Online Sales Only

 

 

We operate exclusively online and do not offer in-store purchases or pickups. All transactions are processed via our website or other authorised online platforms.

 

3. How the Contract Is Formed

1. When you place an order on the Site, you will receive an order acknowledgment by email. This is not confirmation that your order has been accepted.

 

2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. product unavailable, pricing error). If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.

 

4. Price & Payment

1. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable).

2. Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the Site.

 

3. We use [Stripe/PayPal/etc.] to process card transactions; your card will be debited once your order is accepted.

 

5. Delivery

​

1. We deliver to UK mainland only.

2. Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

• Standard: 3–5 working days

• Express: 1–2 working days

3. We package and post your order to the delivery address you provide.

 

4. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received payment in full.

 

6. Your Right to Cancel (“Cooling-Off Period”)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, for any reason and without penalty, except you must return the goods at your own cost. To cancel:

1. Notify us in writing by email to info@saiftrade.co.uk before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return the Products unused, in their original packaging, within a further 14 days.

 

We will refund the full purchase price (excluding your outbound postage cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

7. Faulty or Mis described Goods

​

1. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

2. If you receive faulty or incorrectly described Products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

 

3. We will, at our option, offer a replacement, repair or full refund, and reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.

 

8. Product Descriptions & Availability

1. We endeavour to ensure all descriptions, images and specifications are accurate, but minor variations may occur.

 

2. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and refund any sums paid.

 

9. Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saif Trade Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.
